First Robotics Competition (FRC)

During high school I was design lead and president of my schools robotics club we competed in the FIRST Robotics Competition every year. This competition consisted of getting a new game and 100 page rule book then having 6 weeks to design, build and code a robot to compete in competition events against 50-70 other teams.

The main constraints were a budget of $5,000 for the robot, a weight limit of 135 lbs and a size constraint that changed every year.
